Return and Cancellation Policy
At Kkotton Dhaaga, we ensure that our customers receive high-quality men’s kurtas and formal shirts and pants. Please carefully review our return and cancellation policy to understand your rights.
1. Returns
Eligibility: All items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service at kkottondhaaga@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item. Note: A box-opening video is required as proof to claim any manufacturing defect.
Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review the details and, if approved, provide instructions for the return. Defective items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: For approved returns due to manufacturing defects, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
All deliveries are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. please refer to our size charts before confirming the order. No return and exchange of product will be entertained later regarding sizes, design or pattern unless the product differs from its standard sizes or there is any manufacturing defect.
Items such as custom, personalized, or clearance products are strictly non-returnable.
3. Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 8 hours of placement. Please contact us at kkottondhaaga@gmail.com to request a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kkottondhaaga@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. A box-opening video is required as proof to claim any manufacturing defect. We will arrange a return or replacement for the product.
